The Honey Cake*

This honey cake came about at a time when I didn't eat sugar - i.e. cane sugar and white sugar - and instead experimented a lot with honey and agave syrup.

I have my "Bites of heaven", which I'm super happy with - because I love to have a little sweet bite to "shut down my salty stomach" - but this honey cake can do something like that - even though it does taste of more - and also contains flour, which I try to stay away from on a daily basis.

We Danes usually eat it at Christmas time - but I love it all year round.
