
I think oatmeal balls is a Danish thing...
You'd think that it's one of those healthy things with dates and figs in it, but it's not.
It's something we used to make a lot when I was a child - it's really a cozy thing to make with children.
And these are glutenfree and dairy-free oatmeal balls!

INGREDIENTS
- Glutenfree oatmeal 12 dl
- Plant-based, soft 'butter' 400 g
- Coconut flour 4 dl
- Cane sugar 6 dl
- Cocoa powder 8 tablespoons (topped up)
- Cold water 4 tablespoons
- Salt 3 tablespons salt
- Extra coconut flour to roll
HOW TO
Mix everything (apart from the coconut flour you need to roll in).
Roll the balls just as big/small as you want them, and then roll them in the coconut flour - and boom! You're done!
