I think oatmeal balls is a Danish thing...

You'd think that it's one of those healthy things with dates and figs in it, but it's not.

It's something we used to make a lot when I was a child - it's really a cozy thing to make with children.

And these are glutenfree and dairy-free oatmeal balls!

INGREDIENTS

  • Glutenfree oatmeal 12 dl
  • Plant-based, soft 'butter' 400 g
  • Coconut flour 4 dl
  • Cane sugar 6 dl
  • Cocoa powder 8 tablespoons (topped up)
  • Cold water 4 tablespoons
  • Salt 3 tablespons salt
  • Extra coconut flour to roll

HOW TO

Mix everything (apart from the coconut flour you need to roll in).

Roll the balls just as big/small as you want them, and then roll them in the coconut flour - and boom! You're done!
