Shrovetide Buns*

This is probably my favourite dessert in the whole wide world.

I love profiteroles, I love cream filling - and then it's glutenfree and dairy-free! Yay.

It might seem like a complicated thing to make, but it's actually fairly simple - and once you've tried it, I bet you'll be coming back for more 🙂
