
Growing up - and actually still - the scent of a roast chicken is something that makes my mouth water and my heart melt.
Now obviously, you can make roast chicken i a thousand ways, but I just love it as simple as can be.
Now, you might think: "Why is she making a post on how to roast a chicken? It's so simple...", but it's occurred to me that some people find it difficult to make - so here we go.

INGREDIENTS
- A chicken
- Olive oil
- Salt
HOW TO
Rub your (always organic) chicken in adequate oil (I use quite a lot) and 3 tablespoons of salt.
Put it in a baking pan and in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Now I don't know your oven, but this works in mine - just make sure the chicken is not red 🙂
