Ragù*

There's something completely magical about making a ragù... I always make an absurdly large batch in my giant pot, and then I let it simmer for hours. And then it's there on my kitchen, creating "hygge" all day.
And when I'm done, I have about 22 batches for two persons to put in the freezer.
