Agave syrup

I use agave syrup for... everything... Almost...

Agave syrup is apparently very low on the glycemic index and therefore it doesn't raise your blood sugar as much as regular sugar does. And that is brilliant.

And then you can buy it in a huge bucket in INCO - and that is ALSO brilliant.

I use it a lot when I bake - sometimes I also replace the cane sugar in the recipes with agave syrup if I want to abstain from sugar for a while...

But I also use it to sweeten almost all my cooking, in casseroles, etc. . . .

It can be used for so many different things. Such a beautiful bucket to have in your home 🙂
