When people say that making dairyfree and glutenfree food is so hard to make, it gets me sighing a bit...
I know what they mean - you really do have to think in a new way - but it's just really simple.
And for the people that say it's tasteless.. Oi... That's just not true.
But you have to be aware of this bechamel - remember to whisk whisk whisk, so it doesn't burn!
See recipe below.
INGREDIENTS
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Glutenfree flour 3 tablespoons
- Plant-based cheese (as much as you'd like - I like a lot)
- Plant-based "milk" 5 dl (more or less depending on how you like the consistency)
- Salt and pepper
HOW TO
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan until it is really hot.
Sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of gluten-free flour in it - and then whisk it together very quickly.
Turn down the heat a little and carefully pour, deciliter by deciliter, 5 dl plant milk and whisk thoroughly all the time.
Add salt and pepper and as much plant-based cheese as you like - taste as you go along.
