First and foremost, please note that in order to go shopping in INCO you must be registered via CVR.
INCO is like heaven for a girl like me. I absolutely adore bulk buying and making huge batches when I make stews or curries, so I can put portions in the freezer for a rainy day. Besides from having bulk options, INCO has just got such a large assortment. Every time I've been there, I feel like popping a bottle of champagne, because it feels like prepping for a party.
What I usually shop in INCO is the following:
- Spices
They have huge containers of spices, instead of those tiny things you buy in a regular supermarket) - Agave syrup
Once again; with the amounts I use of agave syrup in food and sweets, it's awesome to be able to buy a huge amount in one go) - Meat
If I have decided to make a huge stew, I need a lot of meat, and not the amounts I can buy in a regular supermarket. So I usually buy my meat here or at Kødbilen.dk - Pureed tomatoes
Comes in cans weighing.. A lot. Good when making butter chicken in my huge pot. - Lime & lemonjuice in bottles
Obviously awesome not to have to squeeze limes every single time you'd like a Tommy's Margarita - or lemon when you'd like a lemonade. Check it out.
I could go on and on.
If you really like cooking, just go there.
