Okay... So I can't eat dairy, but as you've probably noticed I am a sucker for meat.
After having had a hard time finding organic meat to make osso buco, I got in touch with Morten from Kødbilen ("The Meat Truck").
Morten made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so now I have goodie-bags of lovely osso buco in my freezer, just waiting for a rainy day.
