
To me, making tacos is such a festive thing to make.
If you want it with pulled duck or pulled pork, it's naturally a bit time consuming - but once you've made the pulled meat, you can put it in the freezer in small batches, so you can make a taco party on a rainy day!

- Pico de gallo.
- Plant-based yoghurt
- Chili sauces
- Fresh cilantro
- A dash of lemon or lime juice.
HOW TO
My way of making tacos always starts with some pulled meat. Try checking out my Pulled Duck or Pulled Pork recipe.
Then I make soft tacos, and pico de gallo.
And then you take your soft taco, put on some meat, some pico de gallo, some plant-based yoghurt, some chili sauces - and please remember the fresh cilantro and a dash of lemon or lime juice.
