
Pico de gallo is such a fresh and lovely little 'salad' that can be used as a side for all sorts of meals.
However, for me it is also an indispensable part of making tacos.

INGREDIENTS
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Onions
- Cilantro
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper
HOW TO
Cut everything in tiny pieces and mix together.
Add salt and pepper as you like it, and a lot of lime juice.
I like my pico de gallo very sourish, because it's a great kick in the mix of the different parts of the taco.
