
When you're making tacos - well - you have to have a taco.
My favourite is the soft taco.
It goes so well for both pulled duck and pulled pork.

INGREDIENTS
- Masa Harina
- Water
- Salt
HOW TO
Mix a dough of half masa harina and half water and a pinch of salt.
The dough needs to be firm enough to shape balls, approx. 6 centimentres in diameter.
Cover your taco press with clingfilm and make your tacos!
I like mine a little thick - but of course it's a matter of taste.
Then you have to turn up the heat - all the way - on a really good pan and then slap the tacos on and give them a few minutes on each side, giving them a little color on each side.
