
This tool is just pure magic.
I thought I just bought it to make tacos, but turns out, it’s just the thing you need when you’re making the Shortcrust Pastry for your Tarte aux Citrons or your Tarte aux Fraises, because that pastry is just so much better when it’s thin and smooth.
Just remember to put some clingfilm on the insides of the press - and whether you’re making pastry or tacos, just roll a ball of the dough and put it in the press - and you’ll get a lovely flat dough that’s ready to play.
