When writing and talking about food, I feel the need to also write a bit about what I do when I'm done cooking.
As you've probably figured out by now, I really love making huge batches and then stocking up the freezer.
But the leftovers for the fridge - what about those?
I have tried a lot of different food containers, but until now I haven't found anything better than the ones from Bourgeat that I have bought in INCO.
They are completely airtight, and they can go into the dishwasher without getting deformed.
