Shortcrust pastry

Well... Your cream filling has to go somewhere, right?

It's so easy making this from scratch... I know you can buy it, but then you don't know how many additives and other funky things they've put into it... Just an idea: Try to make it from scratch.

And then, if you do it, you're just a few steps away from making a glutenfree and dairy-free Tarte aux Citrons, a glutenfree and dairy-free Tarte aux Fraises - so go go go!

INGREDIENTS

  • Glutenfree flour 400 g
  • Plant-based butter 150 g (room temperature)
  • Powdered sugar 100 g

HOW TO

Knead all of the ingredients together in a bowl and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

And remember, the tortilla press is your friend, if you want to make a smooth dough.
