Making profiteroles is not as easy as it might sound... But once you get them right, oh man...

They just hit the spot every time.

Now, these are glutenfree and dairy-free profiteroles, and that might make it a tiny bit more difficult, but I have succeeded several times, and so can you!

I use them to make Shrovetide Buns with cream filling - and it's just indescribably yummy.

So much that I wrote a song about it.
