- Find the recipes for for the glutenfree sandwich bread and the meatballs in the my other post. Apart from these ingredients you will need:
- Cilantro
- Tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Smoked paprika
- Agave syrup
- Salt
- Pepper
HOW TO
Well - it’s quite simple.
You’ve got your glutenfree bread, you’ve got the meatballs.
So all you need now is to gently sauté the tomatoes in some olive oil on a pan - add salt and pepper.
Make a mayo spread for the bread by mixing mayonnaise with smoked paprika, a touch of agave syrup, salt and pepper.
Now freestyle and enjoy.
