I could eat it with a spoon.
On top of an ice-cream, it's fantastic as well...
BUT: I make it when I want to make a glutenfree and dairy-free Tarte aux Citrons or a glutenfree and dairy-free Tarte aux Fraises.
INGREDIENTS
- Egg-whites 3
- Cane sugar 150 g
- Vanilla 150 g
HOW TO
Whisk the 3 egg-whites with a mixer.
Add the 150 grams of cane sugar and vanilla and whisk on until the mix stiffens.
