Oh no sir.
Or… Well… I guess it depends on who’s making in. ‘Cause yes, it can be so boring and dry, but it just doesn’t have to be.
You’ve got to have the right ingredients – and there is a vast difference within every category of produce… Just thinking about all the bad “glutenfree flour mix” you can buy out there… Then, for me, it’s been really nice starting off with the help from others, with tips for recipes – especially concerning baking, where Meyer’s book on glutenfree baking has been such an eye-opener for me. And last, but not least: ALWAYS have an eye out for how much time you cook/bake. ‘Cause you know, ordinary food can be so dry and boring as well, if it has been overcooked or overbaked… And my oven might tell me that the cake needs 45 minutes in the oven, but I don’t know your oven – so please keep an eye out.
