In the mood for baking?

Baking without dairy and gluten… I just… I had no hope whatsoever for that project…

I mean… No wheat flour? No butter? What good could come out of that? But okay… Might as well try, right?

And then, I stumbled upon Meyers book on glutenfree baking and made one of his recipes… And my mouth exploded.

Meyer introduced me to baking with flea seed shells and what magical wonders it can bring, and then I found out what difference the right kind of glutenfree flour can do. It’s as if so many glutenfree producers and fans of buckwheat. I am truly not. But then I tested so many different types and found these, that I am currently using… More will surely follow 🙂
