K\u00e6rlighed...<\/p>\n<p>Det er <em>s\u00e5dan<\/em> en fantastisk ret \u2013 og overraskende simpel, n\u00e5r man f\u00f8rst har k\u00f8bt alle ingredienserne.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg plejer at lave den til min f\u00f8dselsdag - det er s\u00e5dan... Hmm... Varm en gryde godt op med masser af olivenolie og svits det med godt af b\u00e5de salt og peber. L\u00e6g k\u00f8det til side. Hak 3 velvoksne l\u00f8g, 4 store guler\u00f8dder, 1\/2 knoldselleri (fine stykker), 2 store fed hvidl\u00f8g og svits det i olien\/melet med en stor spiseske sm\u00f8r. Fyr 1,5 dl tomatpur\u00e9 derned og br\u00e6nd det lidt i bunden. Tils\u00e6t 1 d\u00e5se fl\u00e5ede tomater, 1 dl hvidvin og 1 dl r\u00f8dvin ved. Tils\u00e6t vand (iblandet 2 oksefond) til det d\u00e6kker over gr\u00f8ntsagerne og \u201cdyk\u201d k\u00f8det ned under vandet. Tils\u00e6t mere vand, hvis det ikke d\u00e6kker alting. Lad den st\u00e5 minimum 3 timer - gerne meget l\u00e6ngere. Husk at smage til med salt og peber. Mens retten hygger sig kan du rive 1 fed hvidl\u00f8g, 1 bundt bredbladet persille, skallen af 1 \u00f8kocitron, samt plantebaseret parmesan efter \u00f8nske og blande dette sammen med lidt salt og peber, s\u00e5 din gremolata st\u00e5r klar og dufter i hele hytten.
